Does my story sound like yours?

I'm a determined and disciplined man.

With DNA full of visions for my future and goals to achieve.

But deep down I wasn’t happy.
And I couldn’t work out why.

On paper my life looked great. I had a great job. Professional recognition. A busy social life. My social media accounts were filled with positivity and smiles. My friends would tell me I was doing welll, but secretly I thought “if only you knew”. I had a crippling lack of self, love, self-esteem and self-worth and had used food, exercise, work  and alcohol to numb myself for years.

Nothing could make up for the lack of self worth.

"I want you to

live unapologetically"

If your life looks great on social media and paper but feels crap in real life, we need to talk.

I’m Curtis, The Self-Love & Purpose Coach, specializing in helping people to balance personal health & happiness with their professional success.

It starts with embracing the fact you're human.  You're going to fu<k it up every now and then.  Embrace your uniqueness, respecting your body and mind so you create a sense of balance so you can receive everything you want.

I can help you enjoy the success you’ve pushed so hard to achieve without having to sacrifice your soul to find it.

I spent my whole life
striving to be liked and accepted,
and it still wasn’t enough.

I appeared to have the life most people dreamed of.

But despite external signs of success I was battling with childhood trauma, attempted suicide, stress, depression, an eating disorder.  My mood and whether it was a “good day” or “bad day” was often determined by what I ate, what people said about me or how I made people feel. I constantly compared myself to other people and never felt I measured up, both professionally and personally.  I wanted to please everyone else and never guaranteed to myself I would make myself happy.  I worried about everything I ate, said, did, didn’t do – and I was mentally exhausted.

It took a lot of soul searching, sitting in church dumping my thoughts, losing relationships,  but eventually I realized my problem wasn’t my body, appearance or job …

My problem was how I felt about myself.

The things I strived for-what I was going after didn’t bring me happiness, because, underneath all the layers of ‘success’, I didn’t feel good enough.

With that realisation my life changed completely.

I finally accepted who I was, how amazing I am and made peace with myself and my body.  I got to work on myself and declared moving forward things would be different.

I started to live my life rather than just exist.

And I promised myself I’d help other people do the same.

St. Patricks church transformed

my life.

I realised that I didn’t want other people to reach the place of where they loathe themselves as much as I had. I decided that I wanted to help them stop hiding and start living too.

So I armed myself with the skills to make that happen.  I trained as a coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapist and Hypnotherapist; I studied high performance behavior sustainability and launched my own signature programs.

I now work – virtually with my people – to help you discover your greatest strengths and brilliance, and to start loving the skin, and life, they’re in.  To get what you really want out of life with a missile proof belief.

“I don’t know what you did but it worked!

I can’t recommend you highly enough.”

You deserve to live

an extraordinary life.

It took 8 years for me to make peace with my demons.  The thing about it is life happens and those triggers will come up.  This is where I emphasis to you.

You're not perfect and you never will be. Your mastery is being aware of those triggers and being armed with the tools to overcome them instead of succumbing to them.

I had to learn that saying yes to myself was the most powerful thing I can do for my happiness and achieving what I wanted in my life.  It didn’t mean I was saying no to anyone else or pushing people away.

I don’t want it to take that long for you. The stakes are too high, and you’ve lost enough time already.

And an extraordinary life begins with you.
